A licensed nurse conducts a remote check-in via secure video to monitor client care, review caregiver performance, and ensure compliance with the plan of care. The visit allows for ongoing oversight, documentation review, and timely communication with caregivers and families—all while maintaining flexibility and accessibility.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your booking deposit. No-shows without prior communication will not be refunded and may require full payment to rebook future services. Waitlist Option: If your desired appointment time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist. We’ll contact you promptly if a slot opens up that matches your availability.
