Service Description
A Virtual Admission Visit is conducted via secure video conference to complete the client intake and onboarding process remotely. During this visit, a licensed nurse reviews the client’s medical history, current condition, and care needs, and verifies all required documentation. The nurse discusses the plan of care, medication regimen, and service expectations with the client and/or family. Education on safety procedures, emergency contacts, and agency policies is provided. This visit ensures that all admission requirements are met while offering convenience, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your booking deposit. No-shows without prior communication will not be refunded and may require full payment to rebook future services. Waitlist Option: If your desired appointment time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist. We’ll contact you promptly if a slot opens up that matches your availability.
