Service Description
A licensed nurse visits the client’s home or care setting to directly observe caregiver performance, assess client condition, and verify that care is being provided according to the plan of care. The nurse provides guidance, updates documentation, and addresses any concerns to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with agency standards.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your booking deposit. No-shows without prior communication will not be refunded and may require full payment to rebook future services. Waitlist Option: If your desired appointment time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist. We’ll contact you promptly if a slot opens up that matches your availability.
