We offer professional, in-home nursing assessments for families who want to better understand their child’s health needs—whether you’re exploring eligibility for services like GAPP or simply seeking a clinical check-in. Our licensed nurses conduct thorough evaluations that focus on your child’s physical, developmental, and medical needs in a supportive, family-centered approach. Our assessments include: • A detailed review of medical history and current concerns • Physical and developmental observations • Medication and equipment review (if applicable) • Recommendations for next steps or referrals • Optional guidance on GAPP or other care programs Whether you’re planning ahead, needing peace of mind, or looking to advocate for additional support, our private assessments provide clarity, care, and trusted professional insight.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your booking deposit. No-shows without prior communication will not be refunded and may require full payment to rebook future services. Waitlist Option: If your desired appointment time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist. We’ll contact you promptly if a slot opens up that matches your availability.
