Pediatric Virtual Supervisory Visit

Service Description

Our pediatric supervisory visits are conducted to ensure that in-home care provided to children is safe, effective, and aligned with their developmental needs. These visits support quality assurance, caregiver performance, and compliance with Georgia Medicaid and agency standards. What’s Included: • Comprehensive assessment of the pediatric patient’s condition • Evaluation of services provided and care plan implementation • Observation and guidance for caregivers (parent or hired) • Review and update of clinical documentation • Communication with family and care team to promote optimal outcomes Visit Frequency: • Every 2 weeks for parent caregivers, per Georgia Medicaid requirements • Every 30–60 days for non-parent caregivers, based on patient needs and agency policy • Additional visits scheduled as needed for clinical oversight or regulatory compliance Visit Format: • In-person visits are standard for thorough assessments and hands-on caregiver support • Telehealth visits are available when appropriate and approved, offering flexibility while maintaining care quality Duration: Approximately 30-45 minutes
