Service Description
Our PCA skills check-off verifies that your personal care aides are trained, competent, and ready to deliver safe, high-quality care. We assess hands-on skills, proper body mechanics, client safety techniques, communication and essential caregiving tasks to ensure every PCA meets state and agency standards.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your booking deposit. No-shows without prior communication will not be refunded and may require full payment to rebook future services. Waitlist Option: If your desired appointment time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist. We’ll contact you promptly if a slot opens up that matches your availability.
