Service Description
A licensed nurse visits the client’s home to complete a comprehensive assessment, review medical history and medications, evaluate safety, and establish the plan of care. This face-to-face visit ensures accurate, personalized service setup and supports a smooth start of care. What’s Included: • Comprehensive assessment of the patient’s condition • Evaluation of services provided and care plan implementation • Observation and guidance for caregivers • Review and update of clinical documentation • Communication with family and care team to promote optimal outcomes Duration: Approximately 45–60 minutes
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your booking deposit. No-shows without prior communication will not be refunded and may require full payment to rebook future services. Waitlist Option: If your desired appointment time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist. We’ll contact you promptly if a slot opens up that matches your availability.
